  18. Извините, что пишу по-русски. Во-первых, действительно стоит лишить флага администратора и бюрократа большинство из их имеющих. Во-вторых, по крайней мере один бюрократ (Sasan700) совершал административные действия месяц назад. Однако, поскольку административная деятельность его в журналах выглядит довольно редкой, действительно стоит дать флаг другим участникам, которые его достойны.   20. Support per Kaganer, this Wiki needs a bureacrat and the other seems to be inactive. Nobody so far has said anything bad about him (I have received the information email too but it was reasonably neutral and the guy had no reasons to believe I am his supporter.   21. Support. All the people who oppose this nomination do this because of the canvassing. I don't like canvassing, too, but in this case it is forgiven, because the user knows little English and didn't know that it may be problematic.   4. A mass e-mail canvassing campaign ("now I need support if you agree please vote") will always make me to oppose a request since I believe it shows poor judgement of the candidate, and a poor understanding of how the Wikipedia community works.
    Then again, I have no idea how this project here works since I am not active here, so make of this what you will -- but I can't believe anyone can consider it good form to canvass editors who didn't even have an account here!

I am incredibly concerned about the canvassing campaign as noted at en:Wikipedia:AN#Appeal_for_help_from_someone_in_the_Chechen_language_Wikipedia, and I hope that stewards take a note of this when closing the request.
